Researching through cooking and catering design, I explore the impact of food preparation, consumption and system on architecture, urban design and built environments. After more than a decade of teaching and researching at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL, Belgium), Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) & Assumption University (Thailand), I continue to explore my research focus on food, eating and architecture with my company Eatscape.nl. Knowledge production through community engagements, catering service, research and writing practices.

My journey, rooted in architecture and creative direction across Sweden, Korea and Japan, includes an academic foundation with a PhD and postdoctoral research from Chalmers University of Technology.
